Antenatal care is a visit by a pregnant woman to a midwife or doctor as early as possible since she feels she is pregnant
to get antenatal care/care. Antenatal care is to prevent obstetric complications whenever possible and ensure that complications
are detected as early as possible and adequately treated. According to WHO in 2019, around 140 million births occur every year.
This type of research is descriptive, which aims to determine the mother's knowledge about Antenatal care (ANC). The
total population in this study amounted to 129 respondents, the sampling technique used simple random sampling technique with
a total sample of 32 respondents. The results obtained, the knowledge of respondents about Antenatal Care (ANC) based on age is
the majority of good knowledge that is as many as 7 respondents (21.8%), in the age group 34-40, the knowledge of respondents
about Antenatal Care based on education is the majority knowledgeable enough that is as much as 10 respondents (31.1%) in
college respondents, the knowledge of respondents about Antenatal Care based on occupation was the majority knowledgeable
enough as many as 10 respondents (31.1%), knowledge of respondents about Antenatal Care based on gravida was the majority
knowledgeable enough as many as 6 respondents (18 ,7%), the knowledge of respondents about Antenatal Care based on
information sources is that the majority have sufficient knowledge as many as 10 respondents (31.1%). Based on the results of
research conducted with variables of age, education, occupation, gravida, and sources of information, it can be concluded that the
knowledge of pregnant women about antenatal care is categorized as sufficient.
