Abstrak

− Food combination is an eating pattern that aims to idealize the condition of the body. This diet is believed to be able to
cure some disease complaints, and is even believed to be a way of dieting with quite revolutionary results. Pregnant women who
are obese during pregnancy have a possible risk of pregnancy complications for the mother and baby, namely complications in the
mother, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and preeclampsia. WHO says maternal deaths that occur in developing countries, one of
which is caused by obesity (28%). The latest data from the CDC in Indonesia as many as 26% of pregnant women who are obese.
This community service has a purpose to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about food combinations. The population in
this service is 117 pregnant women, and the sampling method is 25% of the total population of 29 respondents. The results of the
service showed that from 29 respondents, 12 respondents (41.38%) had good knowledge, 14 respondents (48.28%), and 3
respondents (10.34%). Conclusion : The results of community service showed that from 29 respondents, there was an increase in
knowledge about food combinations, where there were 21 respondents (72.41%) who had good knowledge, 8 respondents
(27.59%) who had sufficient knowledge, and none of them had sufficient knowledge. . For this reason, it is hoped that pregnant
women will increase their food combination so that pregnant women avoid the risk of obesity
